... they say that this note was designed to eradicate poverty. Well, as I see it, it's working. I paid $20 for a couple of peices of paper I will never redeem.... so I am helping SOMEONE to rise out of poverty! hahaha (I only bought two 1 RAAM notes because I just wanted to taste the bait, not swallow the hook! )
