Unfortunately it is a typical Republican idea. The only ones who could benefit are those who are affluent enough to participate. The $5.15 an hour person needs all that and more for basic living expenses. A health care account would be out of the question. Until we have a National Health system with universal coverage, such as thse in Canada and Great Britain, this coverage problem - 45 million uninusred now - will only get worse.
