Found these matches recently. Obviously affected by the Kentucky humidity and age, but very interesting memento of an old "unlicenced" club from the 1930's and 40's.

Inside says "Glen Schmidt" Management, so at least we know where the Glen part of the name came from. The Gaming Table says owner was Peter Schmidt, so son Glen must have managed the club (and hotel?) for his father.
