I think I bought from the same guy a few months ago. Charged "manadory" insurance.. sales tax since I am a CA resident.. then shipped in a plain white envelope with 37 cents postage. Worse, he taped the chips down with packing tape so they wouldn't fall out. I have not bid on any of his auctions since. I felt ripped off. I wonder if he actually pays that sales tax on Ca sales or just pockets that too. I think if someone requires "mandatory" insurance then they should purchase that insurance from a third party provider rather than making it an additional profit item.
