The interior shot was taken at the Desert Inn 3 days before it closed. There were only 2 other customers in the casino, so I asked if I could take pictures. I was told by a pit boss, "I can't say yes, but NO ONE is going to stop you." I asked him if that meant I could take pictures and he repeated it. So, I took a couple of shots. Most were too dark to see anything, but 2 came out (still pretty dark). I wish I had taken more. It was a beautiful casino inside.
