() soon! The printer has the proofs and the mailing list. They should be going out very shortly!
I am very much looking forward to receiving my copy, which I get via Priority Mail, because it's that important. I seem to get it right away. 
But then I read it in a matter of hours (the same day) and start to wait for the next issue! 
Anyway, it should be out very shortly.
