I can account for around 2500 R&O chips that I purchased a while back for use as house chips for my home games. Probably obtained them from the same source as you.

Don't know a whole lot about the card room but here is what little I do know.

All the high denomination chips I got were basicly unused as well. I believe most of the games they spread were low limit as the .50's, $1's & $5's had plenty of table wear.
