A friend from work happened to be at an annual Oktoberfest festival for a local German Society. Lots of metts, beer, brats, beer and beer. And of course any festival from a church or fire dept. ,VFW, American Legion...ect. etc. in Cincinnati has gambling. In this case it was Black Jack. I thought the chips were kind of interesting.
