It is a sealed container, and furthermore I later clarified (and I thought I posted) that they confirmed the only reason no grade was present was the fact the 'capsule' (as they like to call it) contained more than one 'item'. It therefore bears no relation to either the Palms CD cases of the snap shut holders you refer to that CT sells.
