THAT does say a lot but as secretary he looks terrible in a skirt and cannot take dictation....
The key here I think is from the words used by the seller himself when David Spragg called him he said.” If you cut them out of the plastic they will only be worth half as much.” To me it implies that because they are in this ‘plastic thing’ they are somehow worth more and removal devalues them. That is an artificial value. It does the exact same thing as the grading. If it were in an airtite or even in a beautiful case like Fellman makes the value of the chip remains the same. The package does not determine the value of the CHIP.
I say it IS in the same category as a slab and should be avoided.
