Just to clear this up.
No one made special chips for this promotion. If the casino had uncirulated $1 chips, the promotor got 2,000 at face value. If they did not have unc, then they ordered 2,000 regular rack $1 chips. If I remember right about 20 casino's chips were in the set, including some strip properties.
The promo failed to meet expections. One of our chip dealers bought out the stock including the new type chip folders that the chips were being sold in.
