... you have committed the crime of theft. Intentionally over-stating the value of an item for sale when you know the true value is less could meet this definition, particularly if the conduct is repeated after you have been made aware of the true value of the item.
Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but who is this guy? I take it he is a club member, but I don't know who it is.
