this is a hobby and its like anything else. some dealers are high and some are low. the price guides are a guideline for pricing. there is no law saying that anybody has to value the chip and charge the book value. this is free enterprise like anything else. so yes, i'm afraid that everybody could be out to screw everybody. thats life. god bless the honest dealers. what am i saying, are there any honest dealers?
