there isn't a Campiglia 2004 book but there is a 2004 Chiprack. The most recent Campiglia book is 4 years old yet he still uses it.

It appears to me that the Capt uses which ever guide book inflates the value of the chip he selling the most. For most of the knowledgeable collectors out there it's not as big a problem. It is the unsuspecting newbies that it really affects.
