There are a lot of people in the world that I've never met, however, I don't need to meet them, speak with them on the phone, exchange private e-mail, or be involved an any type of transaction with them to know that I don't want to have anything to do with them. The criteria you've outlined is meaningless. If Paul (and you can include me too) doesn't want to trade with you, he doesn't have to give reasons why he feels that way.
