Yep, looks like the slabbing company are the sellers and I wonder if it's their own chips they're slabbing. Perhaps just doing it to try to generate interest from chip collectors in using their services. Especially since these aren't particularly rare chips and the Buy it Now price doesn't look like it gives much room for profit if you've got to pay to have the chip slabbed.
