I play a lot of $15 and $25 18 seat "turbo" sit and go tourneys on Pokerstars. There, the blinds go up every 5 minutes. I play VERY patient and sit back and wait on the person that thinks they have to play fast. Once the blinds go way up.. Steal Steal Steal, but don't commit yourself to a pot against the chip leader. That is just my way of playing a tourney with quick blind escalations. I'm sure there are tons of other opinions out there.
