Ive done some work on the clubsite fakes/fantasys page today

I have added some 'code' definitions and started to put those codes along side the links.

I am tidying up pages, pics, adding more etc as I go.

Where I have listed an entry as unknown origin thats because it is unknown to me. Please help fill those gaps. Keep the new scans coming - Ive widened the table to 3 columns to allow more per view.

If you click on a link and dont get the pic you expect, try again in a minute or so. Some of the old images are in fact made up of a number of scans. I am merging those together from my own ease. At a later time I may come back and clean them up a bit. For now I am just trying to get as much info up as possible.
