I think this whole thread, we have all agreed that when someone asks too much for shipping, we just move on to someone elses sale. It's not like most chips are one of a kind. They come around again and again.

Second when someone does ask a high price for shipping, most of us just deduct that from the bid and don't pay more than we think the chip is worth, so the sellers are not gaining anything, but are losing potential bidders who see the shipping is high and move on.

I'll up my offer, I'll send anyone, all the $1 chips they want, for free! Just pay the $3 shipping each. (OK we get the point...) The total cost doesn't change because the chip is $1 and shipping is $2 or if the chip is $3 and shipping is free. But asking for outrageous shipping fees will scare away and anger potential customers.
