1. Ive had a couple of debates on 'obsoletes'
When does a chip truly become obsolete - when a casino closes/changes ownesrhip/redemption notices expire etc?? If a chip is obsolete in that it is no longer 'cashable' does it cease to legally be an IOU and can you then 'own' it? (back to the old 120 days and they are yours )
