LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Hilton Group (UK:HG) , the U.K. hotels and gaming group, rose 0.5 percent in London as Lehman Brothers upgraded its earnings estimates ahead of Hilton's first half results "to reflect steadily improving trading in the U.K. hotels market and continued progress

with fixed odds betting terminals and the on-line casinos business."

It upped 2004 earnings per share estimates by 12 percent to 17.56p per share and raised Hilton's target price to 240p per share from 210p a share, but maintained an underweight rating on valuation grounds.
