NOBODY can tell a seller how much to charge for his/her ebay items ... including chips.

If the total price including shipping is priced too high; the item that is being offered in all probability won't sell. There's alot of competition out there who sell for less ... but don't claim any of the resulting income on their federal tax returns.

When the IRS audit notice appears in the seller's mailbox ... then the realization hits that maybe the seller was not making as much money as others had thought.
