I would like to publicly retract my statement that Mark Sutton is a thief. According to the Club's Code of Ethics, he had no obligation to refund my money or replace the item after 10 days. In the absence of a stated return/refund policy, the Club's Code of Ethics clearly states everyone must honor the 10 day time frame. The item was returned to Mr. Sutton in 14 days.
