ALL dealers keep their own tokes no matter what they deal. It's no wonder Casino Morongo required 5 years dealing experience in order to even turn in an application at their just completed job fair for the newly expanded casino and hotel tower that will be opening in December. There were experienced dealers and supervisors from all over the country standing in line. I expect to lose about 20% of my Floor staff to dealing jobs in the fall. These are people that are willing to give up full time jobs with benefits in order to get a chance at an on call dealing position without hope of even being regular part time for 2 years. No chance for benefits, just lots of cash every day they can manage to get on the dealing schedule.
