Some times chips are made with scratches, bubbles, etc. on them!
Hard Rock chips, this seems to be common!
Mint chips with scratches from the cage!

I know I bought a bubbled Hard Rock chip from a dealer.
When I brought the chip back, the dealer saw the problem chip and gouged out the bubble!
I could'nt beleive it!
But I was told, that way no one else would be fooled and pay top dollar for a non-mint chip!

It then made sense....................maybe the mentioned chips, had flaws to being with!
