Ask for a room in the Pyramid - if that's your thing (slanted exterior wall!). On check-in, ask if they can upgrade you to a corner room, at no additional cost - those are the only jacuzzi suites in the Pyramid... About 50% of the time, I talk my way into a jacuzzi suite for FREE.

Luxor is connected to Excalibur & Mandalay Bay by their own air-conditioned tram - so getting around is a breeze. The MGM Monorail is across the intersection, for connections all over the strip.

Using slot cards might get you comps - if you play 4 hours of dollars, or $25 at tables...
