>> ... or my background, they need only ask.
OK, Stu, I'll bite one more time:
Do you have a law degree or are you just "a wannabe lawyer posting on an internet message board"?
Do you have a degree (or any other formal training) in accounting and accounting ethics?
Do you have a degree (or any formal other training) on tax issues and policy?
Do you know of even one law which supports your claim that Jim Perlowski "may have" violated federal law?
Do you know of even one law which supports the claims you made about contract law, eBay shipping, handling fees and insurance?
>> In my opinion, my opinion is just as good as anyone else's.
Well, you know what they say about opinions and a**holes. The truth of the matter is, not all opinions are equal. INFORMED opinions are worth more than the shoot from the lip "oooompah" which you have been offering.
It's a shame that you can't combine your enthusiasm for the hobby with even a modicum of common sense, discretion, restraint and simple courtesy. In the three months or so that you've been here, you have already alienated a Who's Who of experienced and knowledgeable chippers. Your loss.
