Hi everyone

In the picture below you will see the top three chips as listed in Black’s book described as RES1b(black), 1c(brown), and 1d(light gold). The question I have is about the chip bottom center. The inlay print color is olive green / grey. It is the exact same color on both sides and appears to have only the slightest of use. At first I thought that it may appear that color because of fading, however the red ”1” is darker than all of the other $1 chips I have from this issue.

The question: Is this a different issue, or a printing error, or what??
