>>>We can not sell them, you can not buy them. Can we stop you from leaving the casino with them? Yes.
I am quite certain that you know a lot more about this than I but to a simple southern boy such as myself, this is really a load of crap (oooompah for those who have been paying attention).
When these casinos have new LE releases (and some of the casino folks announce right here on this board) where the folks line up to buy them. The casino fully expects those chips to walk right out the door.
I wonder what would happen if a casino sold a chip to someone who stood in line for some time and then stopped that person at the door. Oh, let the fun begin.

Maybe the Indian casinos are the only ones that are actually trying to comply with applicable laws and I certainly wouldn't know. I only know what is actually going on at the resort casinos.
Despite your efforts to contradict logic. A casino such as the Palms would not sell nice cases with pretty inserts to go along with the chips if they actually expected them to remain in play and I don't believe for one minute that there is a single KISS chip on any table at the Palms today.
You can tote the party line till the cows come home. I am going to AC this week specifically to BUY chips and the casinos will be more than happy to SELL them to me. Here's the kicker, if I buy enough of those chips the casino might give me a room and a meal ta boot!
