I dont think the 'Kiss' you mentioned are any different to any other chips.

The set did not 'come in a case'. The cage held the chips in racks like any other issue. There was a case available free with them for those that wanted it.

It is up to each casino to have its own policy with regard to each chip issued.

If the policy of the casino is that they will let you leave with the chips then so be it but those the chips are still not yours whilst they are valid for redemption.

The only exception is when a casino closes or a 120 day redemption order has expired. Then the chips are definitely yours, like it or not
