It's ok if I'm wrong but you didn't address the issues I raised with regard to this.
What about chips such as the "KISS" collection sold by the Palms. The set came in a case and was not sold at the tables nor really intended for table play (although they could be used at the tables).
When a casino has a celebrity present to sign new release chips for collectors, do they then expect them to go to the tables and wager that chip?
Please explain how these chips are different from others?
Assuming that you can explain the above, the next question that comes to mind is:
Are all chip collectors violating the law by being in possession of and holding "stolen casino property"?
