Whether I am right or wrong, I simply don't agree with this.

I BUY the chips from the casino. They are mine to do with as I please. They simply have no value outside the casino.

What about LE's, etc (some even in cases) that are sold directly to the general public with no real intent that they ever reach table play? Are some chips property while others are not?

Do you suppose the annual convention could be raided and all of the chips confiscated as stolen property? Bummer.

I do not understand the attitude of the Indian casinos and I probably never will.
