I have examined both under a loupe...

(I hope I spelled that right.)

Both appear to be genuine. I am not familiar with the Pechanga chip manufacturing process, but, it is possible that a lower denomination inlay was affixed, BUT, it does not look that way. I am relectant to poke, tug and pry at the existing inlay.

On the Lake Elsinore chip, the inlays are fully in-place, however, both inlays are very depressed into the chip. I would say the inlay depth, below the surface of the chip, is at least as deep as a H/C indentation. Again, that is on both sides.

I will scan with greater resolution and see if that helps (later tonight).

In the meantime, if legitimate, and guesses as to value?
