My German is a bit rusty but I can figure out a part of it.

It is dated Munich August 1, 1923
The amount is 50 Million Marks and it is from
the Bayer [ Believe that is a province or state]
Statebank.
The first word on ther banner is obviously the key word and i can't make that out [ Perhaps good at?]
