I can't read the small print but it looks like "The House of Hangover" or something ... must be a bar somewhere, anyone ever head of that one? 
ACTUALLY, these are chips Rich Hanover sent these to me today. Rich the " House of Hanover" chip is REALLY a sharp looking chip! I like it the artwork looks like the coat of arms on many of my banknotes (I am gonna' display that one for a while).
