I knew that before I asked.

I think if someone was in the US Army for twenty years, they can say US Army retired.

I don't think if someone lets their membership expire that they can say R-whatever retired.

Especially when they are on their third membership number.

You can have your origional membership number again, all you have to do is pay all the back dues that you missed.
