Where do you suppose the "rich" put their excess funds? True, they may buy some expensive toys with some of it but a lot of somebodies get paid for building those toys that wouldn't have jobs otherwise. The rest of the money get invested in businesses for purchase of capital assets & other growth producing items as well as paying the salaries of employees.

Money does not go into a black hole & disappear. It CIRCULATES!

You can give it to the gov't & let them give it away, or you can give it, though business, to those who want to work for it.
