I was there two days ago and the tables were not open yet (dealer instruction still in progress...). All chips are still on hold and they refused to sell any before the tables are open (next week). They don't have regular Blackjack, but those new tables with screens in the table who don't use any real card decks and are some kind of video BJ with a human dealer...
