Hi Lee; I've seen several other CHIPCO samples that have the white ring around the outter edge rim that did not appear on the chip that was actually issued. I've also seen CHIPCO samples that had a completely white edge with no insert marks or writing on the edge that the issued chip did have.

However, the addition of the word "AT" Trump Plaza on the obverse surface makes this a chip variation that I would like to add to my A.C. Catalog if I have permission to use your scanned image. Of course in exchange I will give you an acknowlegement as a contributor to any future issue of "Black's Catalog".
