Chips were shipped to John Murray, 31ST and Troost St, Kansas City, MO, in 1936. The Troost area was a big illegal club area in those days. I have a number of chips from the Troost St area.

Unless someone can put Mr Murray in CA, I see no way the chips can be attributed to CA.
