Don; My software program, "Microsoft's Picture It", allows me to rotate chips in very small degrees.

As an alternate suggestion, you might want to look into a product at Staples to align your chips that I used at one time before using Picture It. It's used for nailess picture hanging (looks like orange colored silly putty) that leaves no trace and can be very easily rubbed off. You only need a very miniscule bit on the back of the chip mounted on any colored paper background since you only want to use it for alignment prior to scanning.
