"The Donald" has been in this predicament before ... only to rise from the impending ashes and make millions of more $$ from playing the bankruptcy card.
In my layman's opinion ... the bankers aren't going to be left with holding this bag of debt. They will probably capitulate (again) and restructure his loan in order to keep him solvent.
