We have many examples of logo usage like that over here also. However, restrictions only seem to come into play where either 'membership' merely indicates you follow 'a code of ethics' or 'meet a certain standard' or alternatively the logo belongs to a profit-making organisation.
Im not against any policies. I am merely stating that the club rules say you can use the logo on business cards and websites. Nowhere is there any mention of how they must be displayed. If the club has such rules then they could kindly tell the members what they are.
In the past Ive been told to raise such issues on the club board. Very few posts on the club board seem to get a response. Im still waiting to see reports that were promised 6 months ago.
