It comes down to no one submitting a complete / detailed nomination package. If no one takes the time to do a good package a person will not be considered no matter how great a contribution they have made to the club. A good package would probably result in election. Just a name on a nomination pakage is not enough. This is one of the reasons more people do not get serious consideration as pointed out at the convention this year.
