they look like Paulson brand with cancellation stamps on them,and yes they are a very high quality chip,the same brand as many casinos use,just without the logo in the center .and i'm pretty sure the "X's" around the edge are really a top hat and cane if you look really close at them. i've seen similar ones for sale by the rack on ebay,and someone on this site might have them for sale as well.hopes this helps some.
