I downgraded to a personal account about a year ago but since then, I have upgraded back to the premier account for a lot of the reasons Steve stated above. I consider the fees to be a cost of doing business.

As a side note, I personally avoid auctions where Pay Pal is not accepted. So for those of you who are considering dropping Pay Pal, I would venture a guess that there are a lot of other chippers out there who feel the same way I do.
