Does this mean that to avoid reaching the $1000 limit:
(1) you must tell your buyer's NOT to click the convenient "Items Won eBay" button on the buyer's main account overview page; and
(2) you tell them to send money only using the "Send Money" tab, and that they must designate the Type of funds as "service" or "quasi-cash"?
