This Billary Buck is an extremely rare novelty coin issued by Disgruntled States of America. The Bill Clinton is on the head’s side of the coin, with a phrase next to him stating “CO-PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON 1993-1996”. Inscribed just below his picture is the phrase “HEADS YOU LOSE”. The tail’s side of the coin is decorated with the face of Hilary Clinton, with the phrase “PRESIDENT HILLARY RODHAM 1993-1996”. “TAILS YOU LOSE” is on the bottom of this side. I believe this coin has been made of either bronze or brass. The novelty coin is encased in a coin holder for protection.
