I am not debating the use of my pictures. You see if the pictures are not taken down - I will simply quit taking pictures. Very simple, no arguement no debate. The pictures belong to me and I don't really give a rats ass as to copyright or exclusive license. End of story!
I just got back from working a case in Sacramento and I will try to get to your questions early next week.
