Difficult to say without someone going there.

Its a mold in current use, with an insert in the style of their current house chips. Roulettes do age very quickly - especially if youve only got one table. I can understand TCR missing certain colors but not a whole series.

Maybe someone else in the area will see the thread and shed more light on it.
